This walk-through is your final opportunity to verify the placement of all rough-in components before drywall installation. Electrical outlets, switches, plumbing fixtures, HVAC registers, low-voltage wiring, and framing layouts should be carefully reviewed against your approved plans and selections. Any modifications requested after drywall has been installed will require a change order and may result in additional costs and scheduling delays. By signing below, you confirm that all rough-in locations and framing have been reviewed and are consistent with your approved plans.
1 Exterior & Garage Not Started
Walking up to the home & garage: Point out the foundation, exterior sheathing, housewrap/WRB, and window & door flashing. Note any stone/brick ledge areas. Review garage outlet locations, garage door opener outlet placement and ceiling blocking. Note fire separation wall between garage and living space.
