Buyers sign in at api.virginia-homes.com/my — their feed, photos, and change orders. Couples can each have a login: same Lot and Job ID, different usernames. The Job ID ties everyone on a home to one conversation (e.g. 84-HG).

Add a login from a customer
Pick a customer to pull their buyers automatically — name, email, lot, and community fill in and the login links back to that record. Homes with two buyers show both. Use Re-sync to refresh a login after a customer change.
+ Add a login manually (rarely needed)
For a buyer who isn't in the customer list, or to issue a temporary password yourself.
Leave the password blank to email the buyer a secure link to set their own (recommended). Enter a password only to hand them temporary credentials directly.
