How it works. For each vendor, Riser counts the cost codes on its approved invoices. Single = nearly every invoice was one code, the same code — those get suggested automatically. Split = the same few codes keep coming back together — those are pre-ticked, amounts left for Steph. Mixed = no pattern yet. A rule you set here beats history: use it when you know the answer before Riser does, or to stop a bad habit. Suggestions are measured: "accepted" means Steph sent it untouched. Overhead = a vendor with no house: its rule is G/L accounts. One account, or several with percentages that add up to 100, and Riser codes the bill when it arrives and leaves it in Coding for Steph to check and send. Accounts with no percentages are remembered, and the amounts come off the bill.
